I would like to thank you for your product. There was a tax program I was trying to install and it gave me an error message. I contacted that company’s support line and they said they could not help me because the error message indicated a registry problem. They directed me to the Microsoft support web site for a solution to the problem. When I went to that site, the solution to the problem was more technical than I was comfortable handling. Messing around with registry keys when you are not trained in that area is scary and dangerous!”
I had purchased your product before, but the license had expired. I checked online and your program was the highest rated and recommended from the download section of the CNet web site. I repurchased it today and ran your program. I was then able to install the tax program without a problem. Thank you again for saving me a lot of trouble.
