“I am writing to thank you for the fantastic support that your company has given me.
I have a 1 year old Dell Latitude D620 that I use for business. Approximately 6 months after purchasing the computer it started putting up a message each time I turned it on that opened in the Windows Desktop after I logged onto it. The notice stated that there was a problem with the registry opening a program but did not state what program was causing the problem. I worked with Dell’s support group for about 6 phone conversations trying to get this problem solved. Dell finally gave up and suggested I reformat the hard drive and reinstall the operating system. I was reluctant to do this because of all the work involved in reloading all of my business programs.
I finally did a web search on Registry repair programs and found that RegCure had very high ratings. So, I purchased the program and ran it on my PC. It came up with several registry problems which the program repaired but none fixed my basic problem. I went to RegCure’s web site and wrote an email to the customer service department. They came back within one day and started working on my problem. They were not able to find the problem immediately so they escalated the problem to their expert team…..they had me do several tests and within 24 hours had pointed me in the right direction…..problem solved!
In these days of tough economic times it is companies like ParetoLogic that will get my business. Their customer support is courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a purchase of their products.
